Single deflection grille with blades placed at either 0° or 38° in a frame which swing opens to access the filter placed into single common outer frame. Suitable for both ceiling & sidewall applications.

Description:

Manufacture: The mounting frame, core frame and blades are constructed from high quality aluminium alloy extrusions (6063-T6). In its two part construction one is the mounting frame which houses 1” thick filter as well as the core frame, the other part, which houses the blades and this core frame can be swing opened as it is pivoted on two concealed aluminium pins on mounting frame and is placed in position with two moulded nylon knobs at opposite corners on mounting frame.

The tear drop type blades are held into punched slots on the specially engineered PVC track, which becomes integral part of the core frame and results elimination of vibration & corrosion.

The installation holes of the mounting frame are dimpled to allow seating of counter sunk screw head.
Blades set at 38° give advantage of sight proof ness.
